This trip takes you into Kongelundens fine wild food chamber. On this walk you will be introduced to the harvesting of autumn’s best, wild delicacies: the mushrooms, as well as, perhaps, a few herbs, roots and berries.
This trip takes you into Kongelundens fine wild food chamber. On this walk you will be introduced to the harvesting of autumn’s best, wild delicacies: the mushrooms, as well as, perhaps, a few herbs, roots and berries.
The primary focus will be on the mushrooms that we will be likely to find, with emphasis on identification and look-alikes.
We have got two hours to harvest mushrooms, roots, herbs and seeds, and to take a break, hygge, and ask questions as you like.
You will also be introduced to the world of wild autumn cooking: what to do with the roots and mushrooms, and other wild delicacies once you get back to your kitchen.
Where and when: We will start in Kongelunden, at the Tree of Life, here: HHHP+CV Dragør Municipality

What to bring:
mushroom basket, mushroom knife, totebag for roots or herbs, and a bottle of water. I will bring gardening showels, in case we decide to harvest roots.
